We are looking for young Roma talents up to 26 years old from the Czech Republic and Slovakia. We offer support, mentors, and resources to help you develop your talent and turn your dreams into reality.

Joining our ambassadors in the selection process is ANDREJ KISKA, former President of the Slovak Republic, founder of the ROMADE brand, and recipient of the European Civil Rights Prize of the Sinti and Roma.

Ondra is a young boxing talent from Brno. He proves that with determination and support, no challenge is too big. His journey tells a powerful story of "fighting" fate, perseverance, and strong will. The Rose from Concrete supports him on his path to achieving his dreams.

Conditions of participation:
Young Roma talents aged up to 26 from the Czech Republic or Slovakia can participate in the project. Participants must submit their application through the official form. For those under 15 years old, consent from their legal guardian is required. Applications must be submitted by December 31, 2024. A professional jury consisting of ambassadors, project partners, and representatives of the foundation will select the participants. Selected participants will receive resources and opportunities for personal and professional development provided by the foundation The Rose from Concrete and project partners. These rewards may include participation in workshops, courses, internships, mentoring, media support, production, collaboration with artists, or other forms of support, but do not include financial rewards. The results of the selection process will be communicated to all participants via email or other means. The complete terms can be found here.
