Roma for the World – Streetwear Handmade by Roma Women
Footshop has long supported marginalized communities, using streetwear as a tool for change. In 2023, they launched a Pride Month collection, and now they introduce Roma for the World, a project celebrating the resilience, craftsmanship, and cultural heritage of the Roma community.
As part of this initiative, they partnered with Ondra Tomáš, an exceptionally talented young boxer from Brno. A two-time Czech national boxing champion and proud international representative, Ondra is also one of the talents supported by our charity, The Rose from Concrete, through the Young Roma Talents project. His journey, defined by determination and perseverance, perfectly embodies the spirit of Roma for the World.

This collection is more than just clothing — it’s a testament to the talent and dedication of Slovak Roma women. Each piece is handcrafted by women from ROMADE, a social enterprise providing fair employment opportunities to local Roma women. Every stitch tells a story of resilience, creativity, and craftsmanship.
